- 2014 Lamborghini Aventador
- Extreme in looks, performance and price, the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 is the very definition of modern hypercar - although Lamborghini has built a handful of even more limited volumes, high performance cars.As the flagship model of the production of a Lamborghini, the Aventador is a head-turner. Anyone driving the coupe or convertible versions of the car will attract attention, whether they want it or not - but let's face it, do not buy a Aventador to fly under the radar. The two-person cab is futuristic, feeling and looking more like a fighter jet cockpit than a road car. The outside space is almost underway, with a wedge shape that violent paths edges and sharp points from nose to tail. The exotic looks match the performance: a 6.5-liter V-12 engine rated at 691 horsepower is just around the occupants. Both roadster and hardtop models share the same tune suspension, because the plan has opened only a negligible effect on the stiffness of the carbon fiber monocoque chassis. New this year is a 50th anniversary model, called the Aventador LP 720-4 50th Anniversary. As the name suggests, the power increases up to 720 metric horsepower (710 US horses), and gets some special touch 50th anniversary, including an aggressive aerodynamic kit, unique wheels, badges, and a new color option, Yellow May, Italian for "yellow May," to commemorate the month in 1963 that Lamborghini was incorporated.Despite the extensive use of lightweight materials throughout the Aventador, weighs, at a minimum, approximately 3,700 kg. Yet, the Aventador is capable of some very athletic talents of acceleration, which hits 60 mph in less than three seconds, and accelerating to a maximum speed of 217 mph.On the manipulation, the Aventador is very wide, and feels. Width which helps to corner with a flat attitude, while at the same time reducing the margin of error on a mountain road guardrail wrapped. In cities, the Aventador is stiff, but not so objectionable, and when driven hard, it seems to take for good, but the lack of feedback through the steering - and the knowledge of repair costs - can damage the confidence of the driver.
